Hi Students:
I made this page to help you remember some of the movements that we do in classes and private sessions.  During each short Feldenkrais, Awareness Through Movement lesson move within your comfort zone. Use the videos only as a guide when you need it to figure out the instructions. Learn to do the movements in your own way and modify the movements when needed.
